I like it. One thing seems a bit odd though. Either the CarFax images are incomplete or there's something fishy going on. CarFax shows FL registration but it has Penn plates.

Stick shift, wagon, reliable 2.8L inline six instead of the less reliable 4.0L V8. Probably not a nice price if the goal is getting a great deal, but it's not like there are dozens of stick shift, inline six powered wagons to choose from...

If you do have your brother look at it, make sure to get a pre-purchase inspection.
